1- hole’s dimensions and shape
2- height from finished floor to finished floor
3- ceiling thickness
4- walls around the ceiling hole, if existing
5- floor heating, electrical cables or similar, if existing near the stair of course, if anything changes the price will change consequently.
we kindly suggest to take measurements when the walls and the floors are finished.
